New Pressure Switch to 20,000 ft.

Hydracon Subsea introduced a new pressure switch model 2406-100, submersible to 20,000 ft. ocean depth. The pressure switch is used on deepwater subsea hydraulic control systems. The switch is magnetically actuated, uses two wires, no electric power consumption, and is supplied with underwater connectors. It is constructed of 316L stainless steel with a small body size, 1.1-in diameter x 5.7-in. long, and weighs only 19 ounces. The switch meets the highest industry standard for protection against continuous immersion in water, IPX8 of IEC 529. This new pressure switch provides proven dependability.
