With state-of-the-art in-house Autocad design and manufacturing facilities they can provide rapid prototyping services, which enables an OEM to test the cell pack in their own prototypes before production commences. In-house engineering facilities enable Cell Pack Solutions to carry out resistance/ultrasonic welding, lead assembly and encapsulation. Cell packs are available for short, medium or long production runs to suit customer schedules. The battery test capability enables them to perform battery life cycle tests, improve efficiency of the charging of the batteries and also check the quality of packs and cells to make sure they meet required performance standards.
